Background
We wanted to create a flow that satisfies the basic business and user experience requirements. The requirement came to the design team after lot of discussions with product team . The user target was creating best experience for the returning users & nudging them towards subscribing to a package as it will help business to grow for the company .
Given the data that patients usually dealing with diabetes, heart & mental issues regularly need medicines & also timely checkup For eg: The patient dealing with depression would require to talk to the psychologist/psychiatrist regularly & also a patient who is diabetic would require same medicines every month or so.
Our Assumption was that these returning users would not mind buying a subscription plan . The percentage of returning users to talk to same speciality doctor was 19% & users who bought same medicine at regular interval was about 31% the business team wanted to target it.

Yoga is married and has 1 boy . The boy is diagnosed with underweight and need vitamins regularly. Yoga consults pediatrician on halodoc regularly & also orders vitamis each month.
Farah Putri
58 yrs old FEMALE
Farah lives alone and is diabetic . She regularly gets diabetes checked & also orders medicines every 3 months prescribed to her.
She also likes to keep a check on her health by consulting doctor .

Making user buy subscription by showing the benefit at relevant places
The users were nudged & also showed an indicator to discover the subscriptions. Before buying, all subscriptions can be discoverd in more once user subscribes to any plan they can find all details in profile at subscription console.

1. With list of all packages users can compare the duration, price & benefits
Reinforcing the duration as mostly people want the duration to be longer because of uncertainity to utilise the benefits.


2. Detail page showcase all the benefits along with T&C's
User will get to know how they can get benefit they can also access all terms & conditions applied.
3. After paying users can instantly avail benefits
Details will take the user to the home screen so that they can start using the benefits as per their subscription.

After Subscribing



1. Profile has your subscription console.
Subscription console will show active, expired & upcoming subscription with the usage of there benefits as total


2. Details of each subscription shows all benefits usage.
Users also come to know how much money they have been able to save when compared to non subscription user.
Indicator shown
We show subscription icon on each card layout to show that the cost is covered in subscription package so that user can avail the benefits without remembering all the info of subscription package. We have created a first time user indication to show what this icon is all about.
